    re: Ann: Waiver of 80% minimum acceptance con... They (Wah Nam) like to 'punish' minority shareholders for 'non-compliance' by dropping down the price.. but they only end up hurting themselves.

    We've seen it all before... and we aren't fooled anymore. There is only one way out for them now ... and that is to either sell some limos and stump up some cash, or flog the asset to AGO.

    Mr Tipper is now finding out what it is lke to work for Wah Nam.
