Your concerns would fair greater relevance to my spec portfolio outside of this particular spec play/story, be it your mine or anyone else's.

Playing one man to take focus away from one or more ball is not relevant to what is 'actually' happening, with regards to mnm at this point in time.

What is relevant from a reasonable person's perspective with regards to speculative share trading, but more importantly MNM speculative share holding is;

HOA time over run, Mt M over run and BM over run time frames.

What has lapsed, what is in default, and what is happening from here on ?

There is a pattern here that screams out for clarification to the market.

I fear the inverse is the reality Leo

Either the company is prepared to come out and state to the market, ( and I expect it will ),, clarifications that real people, whom are actually basing buy/ sell / hold decisions upon here and now,, and where to from here,,, is of primary relevance to many share holders.

That is 'my' opinion. It may well be other's opinion too.

or,, it stays clammed up for what ever reason(s) that it can not clarify, and continues to sully what I and I suspect many others would appreciate clarification thereto .

Now which of the above lays more relevance to an orderly 'market' ? ? ?

Considering the HOA is allegedly now into time over run grey zones,,, sample drilling updates are into a similar alleged perspective,,and Mt M is best guessed as allegedly good work in progress, with 'actual' legal statements re National Park not fully comprehended,,, then, sentiment wise at least,,, with good and bad, return phone call updates implying both,,, all is good,,, but drilling is slow due to the hardness of rock overburden, with known historical overburden depths understood,, clarification of plenty continues to go begging.

Alan Blood's colourful history including his hasty retreat from a particular heart machine tech company has always concerned researched market players and allegedly stake holders alike. Perhaps an Exergen clarification is the crux of this uncertainty,,, do you know Leo ?
