I think SLR will do the honerable thing to stick with the 0.0882 share conversion if PRH can force LN metal goes away with the offtake agreement, if not, it might be good idea to sell all the assets and distribute all fund back to shareholders, give LN metal the empty company, they can do whaever they like with it.
