I think you have a comprehesion problem.
Blokes said that he thought they may have some new projects in the wings.
They don't have to declare what projects they are looking into.
Blokes was puely speculating on what they may do with their new found wealth outside of what has been announced and if you think the plans that have been put forward thus far are all they will be doing over the next 6 months then that is pureely your opinion but not one would be shared by many.
