The other part of your question is a little too much bother - but I did 2 year model, with 1 well per month coming online over 2 years with all wells at same hyperbolic decline on monthly basis and all Revenue/Cost the same.

Total Net Rev$ approx $79.9M (same decline parms & rev/exp)

NPV over 2 yrs approx $65.3M (approx disc rate 10%pa)

Well Cap cost approx $108.0M (24 wells x $4.5M)
