The shares in the institutional placement were issued on 6/3. I'd suggest if there was any profit taking to be had, it has already happened.
I think it would have finished at around 12.30 today on the strength of that little inside knowledge. But the whole of the ASX was swept up today in a wave of bullish sentiment so we'll never know how much of the 5% jump was due to this acquisition and how much due to general sentiment.
