As a LT holder of ADB/BEN I have now, after examining / scrutinizing numerous staff members / stakeholders directly / indirectly, found a multitude of deeply embedded issues with their system and overall structure / gearing of their products and formulations to deliver a successful plan (sentiment changed to Sell) - and I will 'unfortunately' be doing just that.
There are many factors as to why BEN will likely become 'in my personal opinion' a future takeover target YET at a low ball figure.
The problems themselves are systemic, and will continue to affect the overall business; of course each to their own as to what decision they make. I am by no means trying to down ramp BUT there are senior staff within BEN that truly do need a wake up call!
