    Sandminer,

You ask in reference to my post "When did it start producing? Which you imply is an essential criterion." And in return i ask you, where exactly did i state that as a key criterion?

I am looking for Quality gold companies. I haven't stated that they must be producing currently. Atlantic Gold (ATV) has a low cost development project in Canada. And the MD and Chairman are formerly the head geologist and MD of Plutonic Resources -- a gold mining company that ATV management built from nothing to a >500K oz producer PER YEAR in WA in the 1990s. Wally Bucknell, the current MD of ATV discovered 11M ounces of gold over more than 10 deposits during his helm at Plutonic in the 1990s and was recognised as the explorer of the year. And then Homestake (now Barrick) took them over for a bundle.

ATV has a 450Koz project that soon start being developed (pending purchase of a few remaining titles, and gaining project financing), and it has another deposit nearby that is >500koz in size. This is in Nova Scotia, CANADA.

I'd call that Quality, wouldn't you??

Please stop making stuff up. I wouldn't be surprised if you were trying to talk it down so you can buy it cheap - especially now that you have done some research and know the story. But that's just speculation on my part - i don't know your motives. But certainly, ATV's current market cap of only $20m market cap is superb value, so that does make sense..

People can research it themselves, and make their own minds up. The best place to start, imo would be a video presentation recently given by the company's MD, Wally Bucknell.
