So 57 people have read this post today and only one person gives it the thumbs up. Apathy at its best. Are any of those following this forum prepared to put their names and money forward to initiate legal proceedings against WC in a class action? Yes, thats what the original CA applicants had to do with the current class action agsinst the former MFS/OCV directors and auditors etc. of which I understand approx 5000+ PIF unitholders are participating. Really easy when others do all the work and put their money on the line. I also acknowledge the support from the minority who have indicated a financial commitment to further proceedings, thanks. Information relating to future legal action will not be posted on public forums.
