re: class action asx release and then if we win, the company will be liquidated and every single shareholder that ever lost money on VLL can get .01c back for every dollar they lost. won't that be a great result for all concerned?

very unlikely to win the action anyhow. it would set a pretty major precedent. The word "limited" at the end of every company listed on the stock market means just that. liaibility is limited. shareholders are not secured creditors in the event that a company is wound up - that's a fundamental principal of the market. investing and speculating is not without risk. just because investors in VLL thought they were certain to make a pile of money doesn't make it them any less liable when things don't work out. company's miss their forecasts and projections all the time - that's life. that's why you have to be sure of quality management.
