I don't really have any idea what the EFS will sell for - I wouldnt be suprised to see a share price after the sale from anywhere from its current levels up to around the $1 mark. Although if they do only get around the $20k per acre value then you would have to question the decision to sell rather than develop - given they have stated a sale is the best way to realise value here.....
