jefferies2 you make alot of assumptions.
Unfortunately people might think your hunches are correct.
In actual fact they couldn't be further from the truth.
The giving away free shares to GCN shareholders did infact conform with the ASX listing rules to obtain shareholder spread. The additional money to be raised will not produce 400 new shareholders. It will go to a small number of sophisticated investors. So much for Hunch number 1
Hunch number 2 about P1 not having enough money. Is it possible that P1 may have used some of their previous money for strategic acquisitions. Therefore now needing to raise additional funds.
What you fail to realise is that P1 is not yet a listed company and therefore they do not have to report what dealings are going on or who they might be getting involved with. Another miscalculated Hunch.
Hunch number 3 about the Cornerstone investor is another assumption that holds no weight. How do you know that the Cornerstone Investor is infact not one of the sophisticated investors.
Many people have been made to look quite silly when making assumptions and having hunches.
I would prefer people to just sit back and wait for things to unfold. When the time is right all shareholders will be informed as they should be.
It will all be done according to ASX rules jefferies.
BUT more importantly it will done by FACT rather then by HUNCHES and ASSUMPTIONS.
