All info pointing to deal with NMDC in due course I.e a their rate.
However, my face to face question to Neville Bergin about negotating NMDC being out of MoU. Resulted ina reply thet Hotcopper posters had it wrong the MOU hadnt lapsed. The Exclusivity part (only) had lapsed. htey were free to negotiate with other parties of whoch there wre 4 nationalities India, Japan, Kora and China. He siad it adin in his public presentton a few minutes later.
