Kohler loves his charts, we know. But it was quite clear that while total investment in housing was dropping, the percentage for investment property was falling even more rapidly. Meaning that the market is swinging back to where owner/occupiers set the bar not speculators [which is how it should be].
They are hardly likely to price themselves out of the market.
