"Somebody" very likely a SI who participated in the CR, just dumped 10 million AKKOAs to bring in $60,000.
Can reasonably assume that "they" had taken 20 million AKKs @2.9 and received those 10 million AKKOAs for nought.
So, they are already free carried for their 20 million AKKs.

And, why did they not issue a new option with that CR, as the AKKOAs were already trading on the market? All existing AKKOA holders were consequently dudded from left field!!! No wonder it was fully subscribed by the SIs!!!
