ucl mcap 80.8mill*.295=23.8mill
mak own 13.1% of ucl =23.8*.138=3.29mill
mak has 14mill cash
so assuming ucl only significant project is 42.5% of sandpiper, and maks other projects/shareholdings, tnt future shareholding are worth 0$.
then 60.4-23.8-3.29-14= $19.3mill value in shareprice for wonarah.
even if they do a deal with nmdc at 15mill, if it secures project finance it is still very good imo. any deal is good imo.
