Just my opinion but i dont think that they would need to raise as much money as they have recently if an offtake agreement was imminent.
Existing shareholders are being heavily diluted and the market today has responded by selling down on a good green day for the asx.
Good luck and i hope that they do get that offtake agreement soon.
