NXS holds 17% of Crux, and it has an option to sell 2% to Osaka for $75m
this values NXS's 17% of Crux at $637m
Longtom sadly written down to $148m
Total Assets (excl Gemfish) = $785m
Market Cap = $265m
Does this mean NXS is materially undervalued by Mr Market, or have I missed something?
$785m equates to SP of $0.59.
I'd happily be out at something in the same ballpark as that!
