Well to me this shows no faith in the company, lets see if any of these so call major players become a major shareholder or just sell off the sahres at .020 / .021 and make a heap of money.
Directors worth their money would have used debt to finance or at least got .020 / .021 market value for the shares but no take the easy way out and just dilute the company even further.
Go back a few announcements where they were telling us they had sufficent capital to see us to production but again they gat away with not actually telling the truth
