We'll if you just focus on puntland, the purest play is RMP with a 4 to 1 ratio difference in capitalisation against RSS. The relatively tight register and lower number of shares on issue is also important (10:1 difference).
RMP also seems to have a better communication and exposure in London via Old Park Lane and Fox Davies Capital.
The fact that it's traded 155 million shares on AIM since the beginning of March is absolutely huge given that 65% of shares is owned by top 20.
