Hi bladerunner.

If Hanlong drop out,the big boys will have to show their hands.
There could be a few non Chinese companies working with SDL to take a position when the convention and mining permits are granted.
They would be talking to SDL and hoping they are the only one doing so.
SDL would have to look over any proposals and pick the best.
