Firstly, the rig was meant to leave port in thefirst week of March, drilling would be ~10 days later.
Also, for those curious from looking at the weather map, Boreas-1 is at ~122'20E 13'40S so we'd be fine if it was on site, but probably have issues getting out of port...I wouldn't know for sure but...While I'm confident rigs are very stable when anchored and drilling, I suspect their seaworthiness while in transit is less likely to inspire.
