My understanding is that NXS will bear there portion of the expense, also all gas & condensate will be "toll treated". NXS could well sell a certain percentage to cover that cost or sell the whole enchilada. Once the deal is signed, watchout. This opens up myriad of possibilities, each and everyone of them a favourable outcome.
