if they don't own shares they own houses Let the people who own shares benefit over those who don't. Why should nonshare holders be allowed to bludge off those who own shares??????

Yes, how about taxing more per child.
Poor people can only afford one child,where as 4 or more must be wealth to afford that many.
As your income goes up, you are taxed more.
So as your family grows in number,your child tax increases.
