Most reputable companies respond to media articles that cause uncertainty in the market. Given the ongoing speculation and delays concerning the Pase renewal, TEG should publicly clarify the position one way or the other. While they are at it, they could clarify the impact of the new Indonesian Govt ownership laws on TEG and its assets.
I dont think the lack of volume in trading should give any comfort here. This stock has experienced a lack of liquidity in recent times due to all the in-country risk etc.
I am not confident, can't sell and so will just hope they can pull the proverbial out of the hat.
