I just saw your post. The trading seems very strange and I unfortunately will be only guessing like the rest of us at what's happening.

One thought I have on the 350K parcel is this. My hunch is that Regent put that 350K parcel up for sale to try and keep the price at $2.90. Considering that only three entities would put up 350K (HengHou, ConsMin or Regent), Regents seems the obviously candidate. I know that there are others with more than 350K of shares but I'd be gob-smacked if those entities weren't well aware of the current affairs with BCI and would be selling. My further hunch and I'm pretty confident on this one, ConsMin took that parcel out in one gulp. If my assumption is right, that would mean the rules of the game may have changed. Regent and ConsMin obviously have/had an agreement, we saw that by the fact that each were accumulating on different days ... coincidence??? If ConsMin has choosen to now buy all of Regent's meager attempts to try and keep the SP down. Than a bid maybe coming sooner than later.

Why is ConsMin increasing their holding? The most obviously thing for me is this: If ConsMin has agreed to sell for $4.50 (who knows). And they know they'll get that money in 4 months. Why wouldn't ConsMin be buying to make a quick 50% on their money? I doubt ConsMin is bound in any arrangement that they couldn't continue to buy. The other thought with ConsMin accumulating is this. The biggest insult for shareholders in the last failed attempt was the 4% premium. It's in ConsMin's best interests to get the SP up now! By lowering Regent's eventual premium percentage, the less chance Regent will have of getting a low ball bid over the line.
