Don't begrudge our public servants given about half of our super liabilities are for the military, who are increasingly being called to go on some hairy deployments.
The other half also have their share of on-the-job risks - paper cuts, fingers jammed in printers, etc.
As for what the mining tax is supposed to fund, one is funding the cut to the corporate tax rate.... That's good right? Getting a booming sector to fund the not-so-booming sectors.
