Good stuff Acees. Seems like more delays instead of poitive announcments!! Maybe CETO 4 was deployed in January or is that asking to much from CWE. As usual, CWE true to form with it's track record of delivering on time. I'm sure these delays as previously pointed out by Primo are exhausting the budget. Yep another cap raising @ 2 cents in July.
