You're missing the big picture. They can support a corporate tax cut and find those funds from non-MRRT sources when they ditch it.
It's not in their interest to support it because the ALP will get the kudos for giving tax cuts to the corporate sector while Abbott will be bumping up corporate taxation to fund Abbotts maternity leave.
