    Good post Morebull and I would like to add that despite the offer being made very low at 1.7c a lot of shareholders did
    not take up the offer and there was a shortfall leaving Novus with the choice.

    Its a bit tough having a go at Novus when a lot of our own shareholders did not support there company.
