    To a point-I agree.
    You could hardly see this as a quick race to get some money. Mgt have had a considerable time to not do a SSP and simply go to SH's (who by this stage would have more than likely stumped up).
    I just see this as another tail wagging the dog (not cynically) just a tad overweight towards Novus.
