Of-course the Spin off will devalue the value of ACL, the SP will take a massive hit. Oncology will need lots of funding so it could take most of what Fonda has generated with it- Plus there will be an IPO. I'd love to believe that Pete and Co could spin off oncology and successfully list it on the Nasdaq, however it seems unrealistic. I'm not saying it can't happened, I just think it's unlikely. Even if oncology turns out to be the holy grail platform, cancer treatments seem like they're all about politics with the FDA...
