All investors in the forthcoming Cliffhead program should heed well the fortunes of HDR during its recent Mauritania program.

Perhaps some analysis of why HDR performed as it did is worthy before people start seeing themselves becoming WEALTHY from the fortunes of one stock in a drilling campaign.

For example the folloing questions should be asked:

what is the probability that the first Cliffhead appraisal well may actually be a failure?

how much success is already factored into the share price?

what will be the affect of additional placements that nearly always occur with successful campaigns?

what will be defined as a successful outcome and how will it be reflected in the share price?. How much of an oil column is required to hold the current share price?

What is the downside if CH4 is a failure?

What will NWE's price be if CH4 is a winner but Twin Lions is a failure?

If investors in NWE havent at least thought about these issues and the consequences thereof on the future NWE price, they are not well armed for the surprises ahead. It is surpisingly easy to think of the potential for windfall profits to be gained, and surprisingly hard to judge what is realistic.
