the permits it appears were being finalised back in june last year.
i guess they are still in FINAL stages resolution. Although i get the feeling with the cam committee and additional advisors this whole process is just starting and far from being finalised any time soon.
Bottom line these guys were either telling porkie pies back in june last year or they are completely incompetent at reporting the true state of affairs and have no idea......
putting that aside whats more interesting is that IF the africans were so eager back in june then something seems to have slowed their enthusiasm for the deal to go thru now.
PS pythag. you'd be surprised what 6 months and cheap labour can achieve if well organised and planned....
