you need to be more patient, hanlong are helping us get the permits, didn't you know?......haha..look what wonderful things they have done so far for us- insider trading allegations, impropriety allegations at the top levels of mangt, ZERO cash guarantee....WE need this kind of partner to help us get conventions ......which BTW have been in FINAL stage for the last 8 months......LOL

SDL mangt holding on to this offer is beginning to have a smell about it, unless off course they can give some positive news very soon and reassure us that they are making bonafide progress. and i don't mean ...."we are in final stages, the africans really like us and want this to go ahead" etc etc etc
