I doubt that Fresco is deluded. He is far too professional, intelligent and persistent to be deluded. He must understand that most of what he writes is either totally false of a blend of truth and fiction. The question remains, why he is determined to make 30+ of these conspiracy based posts daily. I have though this through and formed my own conclusions. I will not say what these are here, as they are all uncharitable.
Something I have been I reviewing lately is the practice undertaken by Russian communists in 1930's of sending out political agitators to various countries around the globe to spread their communist doctrines and ferment political uprisings.
