I predict LOK to rise in the next 4 weeks to 40c plus. The final quarter in the US has continued their 30% growth, they have lots of cash and they have just done a great deal to retire US$39m of debt. The paid search advertising business is growing strongly and advertising spending is growing strongly so 2003 will be a solidly profitable year - their first profitable year and Q4 of 2002 will be their first profitable quarter.

The NASDAQ listing LOOK is valued at $3.20 while the stock is trading at $2.50. LOOK peaked at US$72 in 1999 so many have lost on LOOK/LOK, but the stock is coming back on solid fundamentals. The value continues to rise strongly. Stock is a BUY, especially if it dips below 22c in the next couple of trading days.
