Hi Bundalee, Am on the same page. If I had $1 for every time I was thought to be the grandfather I would be very rich.
The best part I find is I have the time to spend with my son whereas many younger parents are both working all hours to pay off the mortgage and try to compensate by giving their kids the latest gadgets when all their children are after is some quality time with them.
School holidays and weekends and the backyard is never empty of the neighbourhood kids.
