Puntman this right here shows about where your knowledge sits, barely moved? The stock has close to doubled since the cash was paid.
Can you please point me to another straight out spec miner who is as cashed up as CHM now is?
Having read all of the legal documents related to the Grimaldi case (all 278 sections), and having direct access to legal expertise I have been informed CHM is sitting in a very strong position.
If a spec with a clean slate, $15 million in the bank and plenty more to come can't run, I don't know what can.
