IMO the Chinese will jump in as a JV as soon as the merger is finalised. I also believe it won't be long before the Chinese jump in and sort out the rail and port infrastructure, hopefully using our cheaply purchased infrastructure program.

Then it is onwards and upwards and no one will be able to hold this baby down.
