golden eagle update

Hey Veeone, thought I'd start a new thread.

Yes there is potential for JV. what concerns me though is the first part of that paragraph:

Now that the new unit is designated, an opportunity is provided to secure the Golden Eagle gas field in a unit structure until 2017 and extend the individual leases until 2019, subject to meeting further drilling obligations.

My interpretation is that the "opportunity" exists but GDN as yet haven't "secured" the field. This may just be a matter of process, but until this is clarified I'm not getting too excited.
