Been here before some 18 months ago.
This sort of risk in Africa should already be factored into your investment style. IMO again this will shake out the traders and the weak hands, BTR will continue on with Mumbwa. Mumbwa has significant economical importance to the Zambian government in the longer term and they will do all they can to keep foriegn investment involved in their country.
