I don;t quite understand what Campbell Newman plans to reintroduce as the 'stamp duty concession.'
For example.
If a person already owns a home as a Principle Place residence, does this mean they can rent out their current PPR, and buy a new place as their PPR and get said exemption?
Is that how it would work?
