Wish I could bring in cheap labour. Might actually make some money.
Wont be a builder left in OZ if house prices drop as much as forcasting cause can't build them any cheaper presently, so why would you pay a big premium for a new home if you can buy an established home much cheaper.
There would have to be a big shift in price of labour and materials for builders to be able to stay in business. We certainly dont make the money that people think we make. Especially at the mooment.
