Fair call Trent, but someone's making money out of it. In 2004 I built a 28 sq house for 7,000 per sqm.
I wouldn't get anywhere near that now and half the quality. There's no doubt the land value has been the biggest kicker but that's tied up in the hands of politicians and large developers.
