First 2 wells on a way low ratio @ 400 bopd is a start even with gas choke delay they would b producing some cash. how much? should know by soon imo.They would not and i mean would not state the obvious expansion without backing them selfs without a plan B,C,D for that mater.If you read through the ann there is a slight amendment to a few.
I dont see the cash flow problem.
