I thought The Australian article was quite interesting. It was well worth a read.

timing: "Hess is sticking to previous indications. It will wait until mid year" to make a decision

scarborough: BHP has also said a decision on where its gas will go or wether the less likely option of a standalone filed will be pursued will be made this year"

So we have
a) WPL drilling for Pluto II and getting some good results
b) Hess making a decision mid year, with Pluto the front runner
c) BHP making a decision this year on Scarborough.

Suddenly Pluto could become a 3 or 4 train facility very quickly.
