well, yes to a certain extent -
on the other hand... patience patience - GTE will be unrecognisable in a year... just take advantage of the lull in newsflow and you can keep snapping up bargain parcels whenever the impatient wish to offload for under mid-30s... if you look at the rack, nobody serious is offering much, but every now and then there goes someone giving it away at 30c - unbelievable IMO, but it takes all sorts.
