    i was going to jump into it when they issued a share purchase plan at 20c .. stock was around 21c at the time.

    I looked at the chart...downward trend...
    didnt take the offer..since then been on my watchlist!!

    Then the bad news came...and i was only looking at a bounce if any good news were to come out.

    Eg. I figured its close price was 6c...

    Now if news was good...opening bid would have been around say 7c (up 15%).. but id rather be safe and buy at 7c and pay that xtra 15% .. than to cop it greeko style!
