    All you need to do is:

    1) cut out sugar from your diet... 100% no sugar at all...

    2) Then you need to exercise first thing in the morning, 15 minutes of walking will do it

    3) Do light weights at the gym and/or go for a light run in the afternoon

    4) No carbs after lunchtime...

    5) Then see the pounds drop off fast...

    6) It's not rocket science, work off more calories than you consume!
